Jyothir Vikas Centre, Honnammanakatte
The diocese of Mananthavady took initiative for mission work in the neighboring villages of Karnataka States as early in 1989 and started a centre at Nisana (Honnammanakatte),42 kms from Mananthavady on 15th February the same year. This is a small village of Antharasanthe Panchayath of H.D. Kotte which is declared as an S.C/S.T., taluk.

Rev. Fr. Jose Mundackamattam was the pioneer and the first director of this centre. The CMC sisters from the St. Joseph's Mission Hospital Mananthavady also came forward to serve in the mission. Now the FCC sisters are helping at the centre. As the village is backward in education and health sector, stress was laid on pre-primary and primary school education. Dispensary and medical assistance are also made available. From 1999 to 2005 May, Rev. Fr. John Choorappuzhayil was incharge of the centre and he was succeedded by by Rev. Fr. Joseph Akkattukudiyil MST. At present, Rev. Fr. Xavier Chakkiath is in charge of the centre.

Jeevadharu, Handpost
Rev. Fr. Joseph Chittoor initiated activities at Handpost. He focused his attention on herbal medicine, Health and hygene, and various other conscientization program. His vast experience in the social work sector has helped him to co-ordinate the various activities assisted by Governmental and other non-governmental organizations. Rev. sisters from the congregation of the Sisters of Divine Savior (SDS) are rendering service in the surrounding villages.

Alphonsa Bhavan, Mysore
The opening of Bl. Alphonsa Bhavan at Hinkal, Mysore as the Mission Head Quarters and appoinment of Rev. Fr. Gervasis Mattam as the Mission Director of the Mysore Mission in the year 1997  was a mile stone in the mission outlook of the diocese. Ever since the erection of this centre, the mission activities in this areas took a pastoral turn. He has done yeoman service to co-ordinate the mission activities and his pioneering works have been conducive to the establishment of the parish

Infant Jesus Church, Hinkal, Mysore
Rev. Fr. Vincent Pudussery was appointed as the Mission Director in 1999, and he concentrated mainly on pastoral activities. He is instrumental in establishing Infant Jesus parish by the late Bishop Mar Emmanual Pothanamuzhy  on january 28, 2001. This is the first parish in the mission and Fr. VincentPudussery is also appointed the first vicar of the parish. The construction and inagurationof the Infant Jesus Church on December 20, is indicative of the co-ordination in this sector. The Sisters of the Destitute (SD) and the S.H. sisters are rendering their service to the centre. The present director Fr. Paul Koottala took charge on 14 May 2006
